When we received the first samples I immediately fell in love with this one. It has an original shape. Short, wide, well- balanced volume, a slight rocker (almost flat for the first ¾ then perfectly curved at the nose).
I’ve been surfing it for 8 months now, in all kind of waves, and with different fins’ setups. Personally I’ve loved riding it as a twin. Riding it flat on the face of the wave you’re able to generate a lot of speed. The rails are pretty sharp even though you don’t get the same drive as a PU board. Even though it’s short, the volume balance makes it comfy to paddle on and stable to ride.
A true weapon in hollow wave. The hardest part is to set the line after the take-off. Once you’ve done that part, you get unlimited speed.
