DELIVERY TIMES

Once the order has been confirmed, it is dispatched within 24-48h. The transit times that follow are 2 to 4 working days for mainland France and 3 to 7 working days for Europe. It is understood that delivery times may vary in exceptional circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

When the order is ready to be shipped, the customer will receive an email at the address provided when placing the order, confirming its dispatch.

A tracking number will also be sent to the Customer by email.

RETURNS

For claims regarding the products ordered (damaged products, non-conforming products) and in the context of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to Softboardcenter within 14 days of receiving their order.
